What kind of moment is the time when you’re having delicious food?
In Sha-shokudo, I care not only about cooking skills and taste of food, but also about various aspects that embrace a delightful atmosphere, such as illumination and sound, people’s happy faces and conversations. As a chef of Sha-shokudo, and from a different perspective as ordinary cafes, I would like to provide moments where people can feel the “yummyness”.
